Review of City Housing Goals

  

Presentation of City Council’s FY24-26 Housing Goals and the 2024 Economic Development Strategic Plan Housing Goals.

2.
Review of draft multi-family residential opportunity Site Map

  

The committee will review and discuss a draft map showing site that have the potential is increase multi-family residential housing supply.  Direction on changes to the map may be given to staff.

3.
Discussion - 2025 City Hosted Rental Housing Summit

  

Staff will present ideas regarding a City Hosted rental housing summit to facilitate discussion among property owners and apartment developers.

4.
Update – Development Impact Fees Update Process

  

Staff will provide an update on the Development Impact Fees update process and the effect of recent US Supreme Court decisions.  No action will be taken.

5.
Update – Zoning Code Update Process

  

Staff will provide a status report on the 2024 Zoning Code update and City Council action.
