Members of the public are welcome to attend in person.  Written public comments can be submitted via email to prior to 12:00 PM on the day of the Council meeting to be posted as an addendum to the Agenda. If submitting written comments in advance of the meeting, please note the agenda item by number or name.

Any writing or document pertaining to an open session item on this agenda which is distributed to a majority of the City Council after the posting of this agenda will be available for public inspection at the time the subject writing or document is distributed. The writing or document will be available for public review in the City Clerk’s Office, 1000 Spring Street, Paso Robles, CA, during normal business hours, and may be posted on the City’s web site at www.prcity.com/agendacenter

Library Board of Trustees

A. Fortin, Community Services Director 
The Library Board of Trustees advocates for continued and increased community support for the programs and services offered by the Paso Robles City Library.  This vacancy recruitment is for one Trustee to complete a partial term which will end on June 30, 2025.  

Applicants:

• Reneau, Emily
• Thayer, Amanda

OPTIONS: 
a.   Interview applicants and by majority vote, appoint one trustee fill the existing vacant term the Library Board of Trustees; or
b.    Amend, modify, or reject the above option.
